Lilly Graham, the beloved daughter of Jennifer McClaine and Greg Graham, and younger sister of Addison Graham, was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia on September 25, 2018. She bravely underwent treatment at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, TN, where she completed several rounds of chemotherapy and full-body irradiation. On January 19, 2019, Lilly received a life-saving bone marrow transplant and spent 30 days in the hospital.
Sadly, in June of 2019, Lilly relapsed. She returned home in August 2019, continuing treatment at both St. Jude in Memphis and the St. Jude affiliate in Huntsville, AL. On October 21, 2019, Lilly passed away at St. Jude, surrounded by her loving family.
Though we miss her deeply, we continue to celebrate Lilly’s beautiful life by sharing her story of hope, love, and faith with others. #ForeverLovingLilly
